Sleep Your Way To The Top?

Have you been having trouble getting to sleep lately? Have you been experimenting with napping but sometimes wake up worse than when you started? That’s me right now.  I have a double shift every day and it gets me up early and keeps me up late.  I have to manage naps through the day but I’ve been noticing that sometimes when I wake up, I’m so groggy that I believe it was a mistake to have taken the nap in the first place!  Almost like the universe wanted me to read this, Ahmed Safwan, who is a guest writer at Entrepreneur.com did most of the work for us in researching why.   All you have to do is follow the advice and see what happens.  Apparently there are a few tricks to how your sleep cycles work and how the timing of WHEN you go to sleep is crucial.  I’ll let you know how it works for me.
