Sometimes all things old become new again. Sometimes people don’t get the message. Sometimes, they don’t know any better. You may vaguely remember back in 2009 there was a huge government push to make all TV in America move from an analog signal to a digital signal. This would render the old bunny ears obsolete. Between that and the era of Netflix taking over online entertainment, free local TV via the use of the new digital antennas are a thought that was lost from one generation to the next. Enter Carlos Villalobos, who lives in Cali, selling digital antennas at swap meets in San Diego. He says that people don’t believe that the concept is so sketchy it can’t be legal.
There are people out there, as you’ll read, that believe the change back in 2009 killed TV.
